Now admittedly I’ve had a glass of wine this evening, but c’mon Microsoft, I’ve read through this dialogue box thrice and I still don’t understand what you’re trying to tell me!

It looks like a cheap way out of a bug. Outlook web access cannot deal with disabled rules, so instead of fixing the underlying issue, they want you to delete the disabled rules.

On an unrelated note, modifying rules in both the regular Outlook and via web access at the same time will cause the universe to implode, so be a dear and don’t tempt fate.

I’d go for "do not show me this message again"!

Wouldn’t it be kl if message dialogs adjusted to user understanding, so that newbies get noddy messages and techies get the full brief on exactly what the problem is?

You’re already atypical in that you actually read the message.
